How are you setting the icon? In the Form Property Sheet, there's an icon property that you set. That's pretty easy. If you're talking about making the application itself (the EXE) have an icon, right-click on the project in Solution Explorer and choose Properties. On the Application tab of the project's properties is the place to choose the icon. I notice that you can find one from a file or get it from a Resource file. I don't usually bother with putting them in a Resource file, I just browse to one on my machine.
