The Memphis Police Dept is now allowing the news media to have access to case information which includes the narratives each officer types into the system. Many of those narratives have things like ssn, driver's license numbers, addresses, etc. We want to obfuscate that data before sending it out. I figured this would be a great fit for regular expressions.

Sergey posted some code that is the underlying code for the FFC for _regexp.vcx. I may make another run at that.
