When I run the business layer generator I get the error

These is a new project so I tried it on a old project that I had run the business layer generator successfully before, and I got the same error. I have tried rebooting uninstalling /reinstalling I even downloaded the installed files again just to be sure I had the latest release
But still no joy
Any ideas?
