The last study I saw, back when I had descended into management (stolen phrase), said it was about 5.5 productive hours per day. It's a fact of corporate life.

For whatever it's worth, and even though you have your points, I think you have been needlessly nasty with Naomi. You're tough as nails. She isn't. Give her a break, will you?

I submit a humble request. Although you and Andy are not management over at that other site, I suspect you have some influence. Will you please use that influence to get her back in, under strict agreement not to mention other sites? If she can't abide by that, the members will let her know.

I should mention that I have no personal investment in this whatsoever. Just observations from the sidelines and chronic sympathy for the afflicted.
