Hi All,

I have an ASP.NET 2.0 application with the SQL Server 2000. After upgrading the SQL Server to 2005 I am getting the below listed error message when trying to do a simple update statement:

The incoming tabular data stream (TDS) remote procedure call (RPC) protocol stream is incorrect. Parameter 2 ("@cNotes"): Data type 0XE7 has an invalid data length or metadata length.

Any ideas ?
