It is precisely with grids, that a SET FILTER makes my table access very slow!

>Maybe I will have problem when my customers tables are too large ?

I estimate that somewhere between 20,000 and 60,000 records (total reccount() for the table), a filtered table will become excessively slow.

>Can I use views as GRIDs into forms ?

Yes, I use it all the time.

If the parent record changes, instead of changing the filter in the child, you have to change the parameter (the variable for the parameter), and requer() the view.

Of course, I should clarify that the framework takes care of many messy details. But the basic principle is the same, whether you use a commercial (or free) framework, or create your own framework.
Difference in opinions hath cost many millions of lives: for instance, whether flesh be bread, or bread be flesh; whether whistling be a vice or a virtue; whether it be better to kiss a post, or throw it into the fire... (from Gulliver's Travels)
