A Ryobi plant in this area did the same thing....Laid off over 1000 people here and moved production to Mexico. The plant in Mexico lasted less than a year and they moved all production back here....Claimed the people they hired in Mexico would only show up for work occasionally and would sometimes even send their relatives in to work for them....The company also had to hire arm guards to keep the employees from stealing from the plant...
