My vfp application stored in Window 2000 server, I put the exe shortcut to the client 's PC with window XP . Before ,they run blat as mail command very well.

However, when the system admin reconfigure the network. All window XP's user set as normal user, blat command doesn't work.

When the sys admin change the user as "local admin" , blat command work fine.
Anyone know what's wrong it is?
