I was looking at this again. This is a good idea, except that it prevents the mouse from leaving
the confines of the control during clipping.

What I mean is this. Hold the mouse down over a scrollbar button and although the button stays
inside the scrollbar, the mouse can be moved outside it.

Now if this is the best we can get, I'll live with it, but behavior like the scrollbar would
be preferable.
