Burgundy (or maybe mahagony... or mahogany here) was an option for a while, and then we decided we don't want the rooms to be the same color as the car :).

As for the girls' rooms, one is sky blue, and the other is thick orange (actually used a cap from an orange juice bottle as a sample), including the ceilings. When the sun sets into the orange room, from the hall it looks like there's fire inside.
