Sorry for taking so long to reply. I haven't been on the UT in a while.

I have Excel 2000, but I suspect other Excel versions are simular.
Right click on the photo and select "Format Picture."
Click the "Size" tab at the top.
The "Original size" is shown on the bottom.
The printed "size" is shown at the top.
Below that is the "Scale"
Change the either the scale or the size and the other changes as well.
You should also have "Lock aspect ratio" checked.

If all of that is set correctly then it either a printer setting or a strange bug in Excel.

Some printers have a "shrink to fit" or "auto enlarge" setting. Maybe something like that is on.

Does the "Print preview" in Excel look OK? If so, I suspect the problem is a printer setting. Can you try another printer?
