I think it's Illinoians, but don't hold me to that.

Garrison Keillor had a funny bit on his radio show a few weeks ago. An actor pretending to be President Bush said he was planning to combine Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, and the Dakotas into a single state called Wisciowasotastan.
