Hi All,

Recently our clients have been having their signature pad stop accepting signatures. It appears to be happening at the same place each time, but not all the time. The type of pad is a Topaz System, inc style. It has been very reliable up until we added the need to have the client's customers sign over seven times. Has anyone experianced anything like this? And is a easy solution?
