Well, this is a perfect opportunity to get back on-topic. Even if you don't like the FOSS community's past criticisms of MS, it has the right to respond to a threat - and let's not be coy, a threat is exactly what MS has made here.
By not specifying the alleged infringements MS has taken what could be a legitimate grievance and turned it into FUD. And as I've been saying since message 1 of this thread, I find this behaviour disappointing.
