If you are accessing a remote service on another machine you have to use an account that either is a domain account and recognized by both machines, or a local account that is configured EXACTLY the same (same uid and pwd) on both boxes. Just using Administrator will not guarantee that this works unless the passwords also match on both boxes.
Ideally you'd want to use a special account for this - and if possible a domain/AD account if it's available...
