I don't know the answer but here's an approach you could take:
1. View the server's Application Event Log, looking for MsiInstaller events on or near Patch Tuesday
2. These events will list which KB#'s got installed
3. Check the Citrix site for tech notes or hotfixes related to these KB#'s
