They're both easy to use with VFP, come with good documentation and samples, have demo versions you can download, and have lots of chart types and a mind-boggling set of options. The main distinguishing features between the two is that ChartFX is an ActiveX version of a .NET control so you need to distribute or ensure your client has the .NET framework version 1.1, whereas TeeChart is just a single OCX file. Also, ChartFX is a lot more expensive.
