I've used versions of Installshield later than the one you're using <g> and they're OK. I've also used older versions of Wise; they always seem to a little behind Installshield as far as updates are concerned. I know a bunch of VFP people like Inno (and I would probably start there if it was me, depending on the project), but a commercial package may be better supported if you run into problems.

The main reason I might discount Inno set-up is support for Merge Modules. Installing some components seriously sucks w/o being able to use them (I'm specifically thinking of Crystal Reports, but I'm sure there are others).

So, it would probably be between Installshield and InstallAware. Installshield can be annoying to deal with (and very expensive, although I know that's not a major concern for you), so I would probably be tempted to try InstallAware.
