No, size does not matter.
I have a 104 MB application, which is split into about 15 .exe files. The largest is over 23 MB but will executes on an 8 MB machine without problems.
I think that foxpro only needs to load the .esl file into memory. The .exe file is really just a pcode script (sort of), and the runtime library only reads portions of the .exe file as it is executed.
