Oh, please!! Figure it out, Cathy! If M$ had been signaling that they really supported this product then people would have been far more likely to upgrade. Far more likely. This is a situation manufactured by M$ and you can't see that?! They turned their back on it, people saw that and figured "I'd better go elsewhere", then M$ turned around and said "oh, we can't produce this anymore because everyone has left." Does this set of events evade you? If so, why? Now you sound more and more like an M$ apologist. You and Andy can take the "blame it on the community" concept and go jump in a lake!

YOU wouldn't have any future income to make improvements to the software. Why would YOU continue to make upgrades to YOUR product if people aren't buying it.
