I have run into a problem that is not in SDT but it shows up there. Create a local view based on a table in the DBC. Make all of the fields in the view updateable. Then go back and add a field to the original table. When you come back to the view there is a problem. If you are just modifying the dbc in VFP, it gives you a message about the mismatch and then sets all of the fields to not updateable and allows you to edit the view. You can then modify the view and mark the fields to update again.

If you add the field while in SDT and then try to modify the view in SDT, the system errors out and you have to quit. I can get around this while in development, but I am concerned about using the update program to update everything in the field. Any ideas?
