Win95 workstation, Oracle8 - Novell - trying to use the Intersove ODBC Driver.

I go to control panel, ODBC. When 'ODBC data Source Administrator window appears:
On 1st tab (User DSN), I select 'Oracle 8 tables', click ADD.
Next window ('Create New Data Source') I select INTERSOLV 3.10 32-BIT Oracle8 3.10.0000.
And poof! The error from hell appears -> 'The setup routines for the INTERSOLV 3.10 32-BIT Oracle8 ODBC driver could not be loaded due to system error code 1157'. When I click 'ok', another message appears, 'Could not load the setup or translator library'. I have tried to get it to work from other workstations and get the same error. Any ideas on what the problem could be?? It's rather important that I get this to work ASAP, our project development is waiting for this piece of the puzzle!
