Tony,

>Currently that is my endeavor: a grid containing the combined info from both the Address table and the VendorAddress link table, with the Vendor having been chosen 'parentally'. The only pure biz object solution I can come up with is to use a database View to incorporate the info into a biz object so that it can be easily bound to a grid (BTW I'm using Infragistics). I will need to write the back-end handling of modifications being sent back to the DB.

I get the basic gist of what you're trying to accomplish, but some more details will help me provide the best solution. Are you using hierarchical features of the grid to display data? Do you need information from multiple back end tables to be displayed in a single row?

If you can post an example showing parent/child rows in the grid and sample data for what they might contain along with an explanation of what back end tables they came from that would be great.
