In VFP 6.0 is not another way... or you must upgrade to VFP 8.0/9.0.
Or... if you need only hook to Destroy() event,
1) you can create own FLL library with VFP hook to destroy window (_ActivateHandler()/_DeActivateHandler()/EventRec).
2) use DLL (vfpc32) for handling Windows message by window handle.
