I don't understand it. It's really a lack of basic understanding of economics. Perhaps they need to blame others so that they don't take any blame. As I said in one post, I doubt they'd tell a client it was the buyers' fault his product didn't sell if they knew he was not supporting it with marketing, but that's the exact kind of hooey they try to tell this community.
