You mentioned some had expressed an interest in what you've been discovering with dLinq (Linq to SQL). Care to share?

Actually people have been expressing interest in *all* the investigation I've been doing. But being very much a student and not fully convinced that I have the time or quality to do the topics justice, I've been hoping (pressing? prompting? needling?) for leadership from others. I've reached my own conclusions with which I'm happy (yes I am keeping VFP on the server) so on a purely selfish level I guess I could say "what do I care" but I find that I do care. For me the VFP community has been a defining influence during more than a decade of remarkable journey. I like these guys and I hope we can all feel comfortable about the myriad of sensible and unlikely choices out there. Sorry if that sounds poetic in response to something I feel sure you intended as a challenge, but there it is.
"... They ne'er cared for us
yet: suffer us to famish, and their store-houses
crammed with grain; make edicts for usury, to
support usurers; repeal daily any wholesome act
established against the rich, and provide more
piercing statutes daily, to chain up and restrain
the poor. If the wars eat us not up, they will; and
there's all the love they bear us.
"
-- Shakespeare: Coriolanus, Act 1, scene 1
