Thanks for the info. Here at my work, I am using both VS2003 and VS2005 (even VB6). Will this certification help me in both framework?

>.Net 2.0 certification is the MCST, Microsoft Technology Specialist and MCPD, Microsoft Certified Professional Developer. IMO, that's what you should shoot for. See http://www.microsoft.com/learning/mcp/mcpd/default.mspx. Note that it has a different exam.
