I am not including anyone who "claimed the title", but Messengers (or "Manifestations") recognized by the Bahá'í Faith.

We believe that in essence, the messages are NOT contradictory.
In case of a conflict, however, we tend to follow the most recent message. It is possible, for instance, that some recent laws have superceded older ones. Just as it happens with the laws of a country, to give an example.
