None of us is shocked any more when people fail to take responsibility for their own actions, but this one has to take the cake. You may have heard, especially if you are a baseball fan, that a St. Louis Cardinals pitcher was killed earlier this season when his car smashed into a tow truck that was on the shoulder of a highway. Toxology reports subsequently revealed he had a blood alcohol level nearly twice the legal limit. The police also stated he was speeding, talking on a cell phone, and wasn't wearing a seat belt.
Today comes the news that Hancock's father is suing the following people or entities: the restaurant where he spent several hours before the crash drinking, the restaurant manager, the towing company, the tow truck driver, and the driver of the stalled car whose vehicle was to be towed.
Unbelievable!
