No. MCPD is currently the top level cert for Microsoft developers. Someone from the cert group explained to me that MCSD is for VS 6, MCAD for .Net 1.0/1.1 and MCPD for .Net 2.0.

I would probably take Craig's suggestion of getting MCST and MCPD certification. It looked like the MCSD is for top-level and advanced developer.
