I can't say how fast this will be. When I tested it I used a considerably smaller data set. I'd suggest that you do you own test. The initial returned data set may have to be ordered by the list box, or have an index built. Make sure that the field sizes match as well. Otherwise you'll get a "SELECTs are not UNION compatible" error.
