Why does this matter? I remember seeing the start of this thread and I think I posted something in it prior to Maria's post of the link to Andy's blog entry. So that was not related to that blog entry, but to something else that I can't remember (if I'm even correct that I posted early on). Then later I happened to see something that caught my attention. Maria's post or some post that lead to it perhaps. What does it really matter? Yes, at times I believe some of the MVPs are M$ apologists or, at the least, are hesitant to criticize M$ in public for fear of not retaining the MVP status. And I don't expect them to make everything public. As you said, it is often very effective to press for things behind the scenes, but there are just times that I - and don't think I'm alone on this - have felt like and MVP has not been entirely forthcoming and objective due to not wanting to jeapordize the MVP status. But why is the exact order of posting and what I said when a big deal? I have not been trying to hide anything. But there are, it seems, some who are unwilling to discuss and listen to a viewpoint other than their own (not you, of course).
>Except that you were in this thread before the link to Andy's blog was posted and you asked if was an MS apologist pretty early on in the thread.
