Yes, I was surprised, quite surprised that IIS7 will run on Home Premium. But it runs fine. (And yes, it doesn't come pre-installed, but you can easily install it). So I can create and test host services under IIS.

At some point, I probably will upgrade to Ultimate...but at the moment, I'm not aware of any pressing need to do so.
