There are no limits that I am aware of. One reason why some files might not be getting included is because of name indirection. For example:
x = "myprog.prg"
&x
The myprog.prg - although used by the app - is referenced via indirection. The PM will not be aware of the existance of myprog.prg.
Just a thought...
>This is regarding a DOS 2.5 application. I recently deleted the project ( on purpose but perhaps ill advisedly) and subsequently rebuilt it. Several files were not included in the project on the rebuild. If I look in the project dbf these prg files are included in the symbols memo field. There appears to be nothing I can do to make the project automatically include these files. The project has 2527 symbols. Are there limits to the number of files/symbols that the project manager can handle? If so, what are they and are there any workarounds? I would appreciate any help because this type of problem is going to turn into a support nightmare- this project is still constantly being changed and updated and if I cant trust the project manager my work load increases dramatically. Thanks.
