It sounds like you are losing the views and tables from the data environment at design time for the form. Did I read this correctly? I've never seen this problem before. It sounds like something may have gotten corrupted in your form. I know this is asking a lot, but if you try a build another form just like the one having problems, do you have the same problem? (Don't just copy the form with the problems to the new form. That would copy the problems too.)
