Well, I'm guessing (based on the existence of a port number) that your web service is being run under the VS '05 development web server. Of course, that means that you actually have to "launch" the service from within VS '05 (as opposed to defining a virtual directory/application under IIS).

A couple of questions....

1) When you say it 'doesn't work', what specifically do you mean? (what kind of error are you getting)
2) I'm assuming you've installed the necessary SPs for VS 05 for Vista
