I saw this all the time in 3.0b. Is that your version, by any chance? In 3.0b the Name property is the name that would show in the window menu list, for example, so it was really ugly, but I never found a way around it when it did happen. I just shrugged it off. In 5.0 the caption is the what's shown in the menu, so it doesn't matter to me what the name get's set to, but I have yet to see this same thing happen.
