If by OLEDB, you mean office/excel automation (correct me if you are referring to something else), I've don't that quite a bit and I suppose that would work just fine.

Ideally thought I'd like to do it using low level file access, and I just haven't been able to figure out what exactly is a true delimiter in a CSV file that has Carriage returns, Line feeds, and imbedded commas (,) in one field?
