I have a webform with some text boxes and a save and cancel buttons. I am using the RequiredFieldValidator to ensure that the text boxes have values in them before the Save can be pressed.

This works great, however, if the user clicks the cancel button to go back to the main menu, the RequiredFieldValidators display the validation messages and the webform stays on this page.

How can I ignore the RequiredFieldValidators if the cancel button was pressed?
