Hi Bill,

I guess I don't get it. If the original system was split, why do you need to split again?
Another question, are you using Access 97 now, or a different version?

>I realize this is not a VFP question, but am hoping someone will answer this anyway.
>I Installed this Access 97 System in 1998. Last week the client asked me to modify the system which I did. I couldn't find any pc's that had the original system loaded on it, so I copied the .MDB's from the client. The original system had its data split from its code. MyDB.MDB & MyDB_BE.MDB. When I tried to split the Databases again by clicking on Tools | Add-Ins, I got "This feature is not installed" error. The error message goes on to say you should rerun the MS setup program and then click on the "Advanced Wizards check box".
>When I reran setup I could not find anything that looked like that.
>I've lurked on the web and found a number of articles that say you should click on Tools | Add-Ins | Database Splitter or Tools | Add-Ins | Linked Table Manager, however, no one talks about how to install it.
>All help appreciated.
