I'd think so. My experience with the CA is not extensive, but it's a good bet for what you want to do. A couple of people with good CA knowledge are Dave Stephenson and Mike Yearwood (who I haven't seen post in awhile). Maybe one of these guys will chime in on this issue. Not meaning to leave anyone out that might also have good experience with the CA, but these two came to mind.
