I was trying to find samples here using Clipboard functions in the meantime, but I only found a sample of moving Word table into VFP. I also quickly checked Russian web site trying to find the same info.

But I'm almost positive it can also be achieved through Clipboard functions.

Also it's easy to use DataToClip (?) from VFP to Excel.
