within the connective tissue, but it's still 'fat'. When you don't want to tell your clients they're fat, you tell them they have a problem with cellulite.
I remember when that came up, somewhere in seventies I think. It's one of those things you never notice until your attention is directed to them, and then you start seeing them everywhere. Specially the "orange peel look" phrase sticks (and now I've done the same to you :).
