Items 1+2 are no problem
With multiple printers you would need a driver set up for each printer.
We have static IP's so it's easy, but I believe the you can use any DNS spoofing service/software (gives you a static address which points to a dynamic IP) to get around this. Google 'Dynamic IP' and you will see info on this.
Another way we accomplish the same thing is to output the report to PDF and email the result. This also works very well.
