When I highlight the range and copy it to clipboard, it is in tab delimited format. In VFP with a dbf created and selected,

=strtofile(_cliptext, 'somefile.txt')
append from somefile.txt delimited with tab

will populate the dbf with the excel data. If you need an array, use VFP's command to create it.
