Please understand I have no reason to believe Naomi had access to, or used, billing info from the UT. This was something suggested by someone else as a possibility given the apparent visibility to passwords by UT moderators. But IF billing info has not been adequately protected by UT management, as required by Visa and MasterCard, it would be trivial to use it to buy things. If you have someone's name, credit card number, and CSV number (3 digit code on the back of the card), you're good to go. It's almost as good as having the actual card.
