Now, I can only surmize how she obtained them - his credentials for logging in to the UT were exactly the same as the ones that he used to use to log in to foxite. Perhaps, as UT consultant, Naomi might have access to those credentials and used them to fraudulently log in to Andy's account on foxite.

It is very unusual, not to say more, to use the same credentials to log on different forums. It might be said that a person doing it exposes himself to any kind of unwelcome surprises, and it certainly makes difficult to figure out how/where these credentials have been hacked. Obviously, it doesn't excuse a hacker in any way.
