It is circumstantial evidence for sure, but is not "no evidence". Andy's blog also clearly says that he does not know for sure what happened but that the evidence indicates some things. Obviously someone else could be trying to frame Naomi and hacking her to make it look like she is hacking others. I find that really pretty unlikely, but possible.
