And you've attached the icon file to the executable via the project manager I'm sure. If you haven't, you'll see the fox head in the Windows Explorer.

Assuming that you have attached the file properly, this sounds like a glitch in the Setup Wizard (one I haven't encountered). When you bring up the shortcut's property sheet, and click on the "Change Icon..." command button, do you see your icon?. If you don't, after selecting "Browse" and select the executable, do you see it then?
