Ok, then I totally missed something (not surprising). My understanding is that Naomi did not use her access on the UT to determine Andy's password but rather guessed it (based on Kevin's recent post). That, along with another message from a UT admin, suggests that private information is NOT visible to UT admins.

This suggests that she did not abuse her priviledges as a UT admin:
